Job Summary:

The Sr. Employee Experience Partner (EEP) has responsibilities for day-to-day management, guidance, support and expertise in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Individual serves as the first line of HR, taking ownership to manage the employee experience. This may include, but not limited to, offering direction for employees and managers through their onboarding experience, their partnership with self-service tools and HR Shared Services, and supporting the execution of local HR programs and initiatives. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, separation of work procedures, document management. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates behaviors at AdventHealth University in harmony with AHU’s “Four Words” of Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship as well as AdventHealth’s Performance Standards of “Keep Me Safe, Love Me, Make it Easy, and Own It.”

Responsible for oversight and/or supervision of tasks within designated scope; may include training another Employee Experience Partner(s).

Facilitates employee experience services to ensure they are intentional and professional, including facilitating employee onboarding, supporting regulatory compliance, and executing key HR projects. Coordinates the office administrative support utilizing excellent customer service skills while promoting the HR operating model. Leads HR programs and initiatives at a local level, such as: employee engagement and recognition events, new hire facility onboarding and orientation, and other projects as assigned by HRBP. Assists with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.

Supports special compensation programs according to policy. Supports employee wellness program administration and tuition reimbursement programs according to policy and procedures. Manages as needed for a PDO donation program.

Partners with A/HRBP with workforce planning and organizational design meetings and follow up activities. Conducts initial consultations with managers as directed to complete workforce plans. Manages follow up activities, implementation of organizational design updates, develops communication plan as needed, consults line managers with questions, and tracks milestones. Identifies and escalates opportunities for organizational design consultation to A/HRBP.

Responsible for candidate and new hire experience components at the facility, to include, but not limited to: supporting hiring managers with interview preparation, serving as liaison and escalating as needed. Supports processes for immigration regulatory compliance as needed according to applicable regulations and in partnership with HR Shared Services.

Qualifications

What Will You Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field

OR

4-years of experience in human resources, administrative, or related experience

Preferred:

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

2-years of experience within healthcare setting

Project management and consulting experience
