工作职责：

领导OTA云服务的运营和维护 支持内部客户来部署和管理软件版本；领导软件配置工程师来维护建筑服务器和詹金斯的服务器；领导软件工程师负责比特桶权限管理 负责软件部门的管理，以满足可变项目的需求；负责软件发布的构建和交付管理，以及发布说明的生成；沟通、领导、协作、判断和结果驱动对于实现业务目标最关键。

职位要求：

电子工程或计算机科学或相关学科本科或以上学历 5年+的嵌入式系统软件配置实践经验和能力，CE行业优先；精通管理和维护用Java编写的web服务；在Linux系统管理和操作方面有丰富的经验；能够熟练地使用Python和shell编写脚本来自动化例行任务；亲身体验多克和库伯内特等容器技术；了解网络安全实践、协议和加密技术；熟悉版本控制系统，最好是Git；能够诊断和排除复杂的技术问题；持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）经验 舒适的快节奏和多任务处理的环境。
