The Job
As an I(Sr.) Engineer, RCM, Indirect, GSM, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Management- Indirect team located in Shanghai. You’ll get to:
Supplier Sourcing negotiation, comprehensive understanding of commercial terms and conditions related to procurement of goods and services, experience, and good understanding of supply contracts regarding management of statement of work requirements and supplier deliverables.Solid experience of supplier development and management, including supplier survey, Supplier Performance Evaluation, and Improvement from suppliers after Evaluation.Good Project Leader with strong managerial & organizational skills to work across all functions and levels of an Ability to make sound business judgments related to strategic supply philosophies and initiatives.Good management in RFQ, Purchasing Contract, Costing Analysis, Cost Reduction and Working Capital Extension.Good Team player to consistently achieve results, Open and Good Communication skills, verbal and written, have experience to handle with suppliers who is difficult to deal with (unique suppliers & single source and others …) ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences (cross cultural)Work with each supplier on annual cost reduction & better payment term to meet target set by company.High level of integrity and good communication skills with internal or external contact windows, act as good team member.The Person

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or material or engineering in multicultural environment.5 years of experience in indirect category such as MRO, Facility, Capex, Subcontracts Management, professional service, HR, temp labor, and Marketing.Comprehensive understanding of plant-based operations, financials, and supply chainExperience in Procurement with a deep understanding of Indirect sourcing.Ability to deliver measurable results in strategic sourcing indirect and/or operational efficiency projects.Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capabilities including global sourcing, project management, supplier management, risk management, etc.Proficient with S.A.P; E-Procurement/Contracts (DocuSign) etc.Demonstrated proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Excellent knowledge in relevant software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project, ERP systemKnowledge of IATF16949, QC080000, ISO14001, ISO45001, AS9100 and EICC relating to purchasing.And More
