The Acquisition Experience team develops and manages critical components and platforms for new products being launched to support the next generation of customers across market segments. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technology roadmap with emphasis on technical KPIs. You would be designing, writing, testing, and delivering features to the production systems. Responsibilities include architectural design, development, styling and deployment of React based web pages on a full stack NodeJS based REST & GraphQL based backend. Our teams implement features and create variant React Tests that are played out on our live pages.
We would expect you to follow the neo-classical scrum agile process with 2 week sprint cycles.
Requirements:
10+ year hands on experience in Java, Nodejs, Jest, Mocha, Rest, GraphQL, Express 4+ Years working as a people leader doing performance management, Career tracking and strategy execution 4+ years track record in React and having abundant knowledge on HTML and CSS to do performance improvements for web and mobile web applications Hands on use of Rest, GraphQL, ExpressJS Good Communications Skills Authored node modules either public or private Have worked on projects using typescript Understanding of the of lerna monorepos, cloud function services, public cloud would be an advantage Have design and documentation capabilities Experienced in scalability and engineer large scale, fault tolerant backend systems in JS Knowledge CI/CD, system testing, test automation. Experience in infrastructure, application monitoring, platform stabilization and service performance a plus. Cultivate an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics. Identify and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
