The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role involves leading a team of 5-8 engineers, developing scalable data ingestion pipelines, and automating ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management principles, hands-on experience with tools like Kafka, Splunk, Collibra, Dataplex, and Alation, and a strong background in Python, GCP Cloud data implementation, and DevOps technologies.
