In this role, you will:
Travel to support DoD, Federal Civilian, and commercial customers as required.Provide multi-disciplinary support to government system acquisition program management offices and will serve as an advisor to government personnel. Lead working groups and develop solutions to major acquisition program issues. Support multiple projects for a variety of DoD acquisition program offices. Work with senior government personnel on a regular basis and frequently provide briefings and lead large meetings. QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years broad technical and managerial experience with DoD, including architecture development and analysis in support of Major acquisition programsFive (5) years of experience in documenting functional and technical architectures for major weapons systemsExperience in DODAF architecture product developmentAn active DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily directionSubject Matter Expertise using System Architect tool, Magic Draw Cameo Enterprise ArchitectureExperience with Information Support Plan (ISP) developmentExperience developing Requirements Documentation in accordance with Joint Capabilities and Integration and Development System (JCIDS) ManualAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environmentExcellent writing and oral communication skillsTravel up to 10% may be required.Additional desired experience and skills:
Master’s Degree in related fieldMinimum 6 years’ experience with DoDAF and MBSE modelingProvide MBSE/SysML expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering teamIntegrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering softwareU.S. DoD Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experienceExperience working with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts including operations views (OV), systems views (SV), capability views (CV), data views (DV) using systems modeling language (SysML)Experience capturing stakeholder needs in modelsDevelop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documentsPrior Experience working with other DoD StakeholdersExperience executing alternative/rapid acquisition authoritiesBroad experience with development, coordination and communication of system engineering strategies and recommendations with mid- and senior-level Service and OSD personnelEnterprise Architecture certificationActive-duty military experience orFederal Government service Company OverviewSerco Inc.
