Description We are looking for a Sr. ERP Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. In the IT Software industry, you will be primarily tasked with managing ERP Projects, utilizing various software and technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities: • Lead ERP Project Management initiatives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness • Utilize Atlassian Jira for effective project tracking and management • Leverage Cisco Technologies to enhance the project's technical aspects • Implement Cloud Technologies to optimize data storage and accessibility • Use CRM tools to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Apply your understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes • Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects • Manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions • Utilize your skills in IT project management to drive project success and meet objectives. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software industry, preferably in a senior role. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory. • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum is required. • Experience with Cisco Technologies is essential. • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is a must. • Proficiency in CRM systems is expected. • Experience with About Time software is a plus. • Skills in AB Testing are highly desirable. • Familiarity with budget processes is necessary. • Strong change management skills are required. • Proven experience in IT project management is crucial.
