Job Profile:

 

Responsible for handling:

 

Handling to Operations Calls and Utilization analysis of OLT, BRAS, NPT, EPT, CEN, MPLS/ISP and Peyto Network

 

Analysis & Closer for Ongoing Running high utilization case and provide the solution for closer.

 

Coordination with Operation, Planning, NOC team for faster closure within SLA for High Utilization cases.  Good Knowledge of Tester for OSNR and Switching test in network ATs. Hands- on experience on BMC Remedy, Cygnet-PMS, Vegayan-IPPMS  Preparations and Analysis of MIS Reports/ Trackers.  Automation of Utilization and AT Process of CEN/MPLS/Packet/Homes Network. 

 

Functional Requirements:  

 

Must have very knowledge & working experience with complete Nokia (7750, 7705 and 7710), Cisco {ASR9K, 903, 920}, Huawei (CX600, ATN950B, ATN910C) , Juniper (m320, MX960, mx2020), Ribbon (NPT1800,NPT1200, NPT1050, NPT1022, NPT1050i/1200i & NPT1100), Ciena (8700, 5160, 3930, 3928, 5130) network product lines and technologies. In-depth understanding and Hands on experience with routing protocols such as: BGP, OSPF, ISIS etc. In-depth understanding and Hands on experience with MPLS, EVPN, RSVP-TE, G.8032 ERPS Troubleshooting on complex MPBGP services. Good working knowledge of QOS/HQOS, HSRP / VRRP, VLAN's, Rapid Spanning Tree, Ether-Channel) VPN L2 & L3 solutions. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting on complex L3 VPN services, L2 VPLS domain. Good communication skill and customer centric approach. Expertise in QOS design and configuration is a plus. In depth understanding & knowledge of various switching protocols. eg. STP, PVSTP, MSTP, LLDP etc.
