The Senior Executive Assistant will provide support in all administrative areas. Responsible for providing assistance to Executives.
**What you will be responsible for:**
+ Independently compose reports and correspondence.
+ Provide administrative support.
+ Heavy calendar management for multiple executives.
+ Process expense reports in a timely manner.
+ Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.
+ Arrange customer events and sponsorships
+ Coordinate activities including:
+ Scheduling meetings
+ Setting up conference calls
+ Dealing with overseas clients
+ Proficient at coordinating complicated travel itineraries, domestic and international for multiple executives.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

+ High level of discretion, reliability, loyalty, confidentiality, and flexibility.
+ Proficiency in handling complex dictation accurately.
+ Exceptional grammatical and spelling skills.
+ Excellent Phone Etiquette
+ Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 5 years of experience supporting multiple C-Suite Executives.
+ Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels in a confident, professional manner.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Self-motivated/ Self-starter.

**Compensation:**
The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000 to $90,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
