Sr. Executive Assistant I

Broadridge is hiring! The Sr. Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to one or more executives performing advanced analytical and specialized administrative support including projects and intricate assignments, often with a high level of confidentiality. You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

This is considered a 100% on-site position. You will be required to be in the South Windsor, CT office 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Compiles, analyzes, validates or reconciles report data. Tracks data using spreadsheet or other applicable software applications. Performs general analysis, notifying others of any data issues. Summarizes and present results, findings, and/or recommendations and implements decisions as requested.Prepares materials for group and/or client presentations (e.g. researching, drafting/editing documents, and preparing slides, CDs, DVDs, web connections). Composes, proofreads and/or finalizes documents (e.g. spreadsheets, presentations, various communications). Works with senior management on creating and distributing announcements.Skilled with a variety of tools, software applications and/or databases to produce a variety of reports. Maintains, tracks and coordinates budget activity throughout the budget cycle, keeping management abreast of discrepancies. Provides on-the-job training to staff or associates as necessary, often serving as a SME for various company applications.Schedules and maintains calendar appointments, meetings, conference rooms, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements following established guidelines. Prepares expense reports.Coordinates, assembles and completes requests for various projects; merges electronic files to create complete data/reports. Serves as an ad-hoc tester during conversion of new products. Tracks delegated tasks to ensure progress and keep projects on schedule. Follows up on projects, passing on information and keeping informed of important activities. Assists department, business, and/or management in implementing activities.Supports, participates in, and/or leads work involving committees. Leads or coordinates company events and/or special projects.Creates, maintains, updates, and/or distributes office floor plans, outgoing and incoming schedules, phone lists, organizational charts, and emergency preparedness rosters.May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent4+ years of office administration work experiencePost-secondary education, preferredAdvanced computer systems experience with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and email preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $28 - $30 per hour depending on experienceBonus Eligibility: Annual bonusPaid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per yearBenefits: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
