Sr. Executive Coordinator

  

Position Summary:  

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional with a knack for anticipating needs and driving projects forward?  Join our fast-growing and innovative software company as a Sr. Executive Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting our C-Level Executives and their leadership teams.

 

As a Senior Executive Coordinator, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and the Product Leadership team. You will be the linchpin that keeps things running smoothly, overseeing a variety of complex and high-priority tasks. From coordinating projects to managing sensitive information, you’ll be an essential part of our dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Anticipate needs and provides high-level, tailored support to leadership teamServe as a liaison with the executive’s direct reports, members of the senior executive team and others throughout the company on scheduling, projects and requests to ensure the executive has required informationManage/maintain complex and dynamic executive schedule, calendar, and appointments; facilitate complex calendar of appointments, using strong time management skills, across several time zones and countriesCompose and prepare e-mails, correspondence, memos, PowerPoint presentations, reports and confidential materials. Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content of incoming mail, e-mails and materialsCoordinate internal and external meetings and events, board material preparation support, ensuring all multi-media tools, handouts, agendas, minutes and follow up items are arranged appropriately and in advanceSupport the team in a coordinator capacity on required activity, projects, and administrative processesBe a part of an overall team; coordinate and plan within the function to ensure continuity and maintain standards

Location:  

This role is a hybrid position, based out of our Minneapolis office.  Our team #SucceedsTogether through collaboration in-office 1-2 times per week as needed to support the Product Leadership team.   

 

Required Qualifications:  

High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent written/oral communication with the ability to manage through ambiguity and interact effectively with team members and internal customers at all levels with professionalism, tact, and diplomacySelf-starter, able to work independently, organized, resourceful and proactiveStrong background in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and meet competing deadlinesAble to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environmentsComfortable working in a role with frequent interruptions and time-sensitive deadlinesIntegrity in handling confidential and sensitive informationDemonstrated skill working effectively with minimal supervision 

Preferred Qualifications:  

5+ years of previous experience supporting an Executive Level leader experience in a fast-paced environment in a software technology industry is a plus4-year degree preferred

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

 

The annual salary range for this role is: $62,100 - $93,100.   The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
