Sr. Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Manpower Engineering is currently working with a growing Twin Cities Pharmaceutical Technology company that is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Senior Facilities** **Maintenance Technician** to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of state-of-the-art facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and more. You will work closely with the Production Maintenance Facility Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems. **Job Title:** Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician **Location:** St, Paul, MN **Pay Range:** $38.00-45.00/hourly **What’s the Job?** + Work closely with the Production Maintenance Facility Manager in the administration and monitoring of the Building Automation System. + Keep up to date documentation including all record forms, trend logs, along with logging and documenting any approved changes to support equipment, building structures and utilities. + Routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all production support equipment. + Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls. + Ensure all HVAC, boilers, and other support equipment is maintained to maximize operational efficiencies. **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Proficient with MS Office Suite + At least 2 years of experience in an FDA regulated facility doing facility maintenance. + Required to carry current licensing in Boiler Operation, Refrigeration & Recovery and Electrical Maintenance form the State of Minnesota. Class C minimum. + An in-depth knowledge of electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and related trade skills. + Knowledge of individual machinery and HVAC support equipment including the monitoring of boilers, chillers and control systems such as PLC and Microprocessors.
