The Sr. Facilities Management Manager will\nreport to the Aerospace Facilities Director. The position will be in\nPhoenix, AZ (AZ17) and will support the Americas Businesses (AMOC, AEOC and\nR&O).
This person has a mastery of knowledge in facilities\nmanagement program, particularly when it comes to project management execution,\ntransitions, contractor management and risk-based maintenance. The\nselected candidate will have a strong ability to provide guidance and coaching\nto indirect reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Owns\n Capital Project Management (Facilities Critical like roof and HVAC,\n Assurance Letter like safety and environmental controls, Work-Place\n Modernization like office upgrades and sustainability like those projects\n that reduce our energy footprint)Lead\n strategic project planning and project chartering (scope, schedule and\n budget) and oversees the AT Pre-CPS process, CBRE and GSCO escalation and\n Facilities Quick Alert and RCCA processes)Supports facilities integrations projectsOversee\n outsourced IFM partner (for select sites) and facilities vendors to drive\n contract adherence R&M cost improvement and performanceManages\n contractors and the Contractor Management Program for ATAnalyzes\n facility resiliency, recommend and implement upgrades in accordance with\n business resiliency plansImplements\n facilities low cost / no cost energy reduction initiativesPartners\n with procurement to identify necessary vendors and strategic purchasing\n opportunitiesDevelop\n and measurably improve facilities processes and partner in developing\n strategy within the organization to reduce facilities costs in the\n AmericasSupports\n AT Pressure Testing programWork\n across the organization to identify and align resources to deliver\n objectivesInterface\n with engineering loss prevention consultant on fire and property\n protection protocolsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
