The Sr. Facilities Management Manager will report to the Aerospace Facilities Director. The position will be in Phoenix, AZ (AZ17) and will support the Americas Businesses (AMOC, AEOC and R&O).
This person has a mastery of knowledge in facilities management program, particularly when it comes to project management execution, transitions, contractor management and risk-based maintenance. The selected candidate will have a strong ability to provide guidance and coaching to indirect reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Owns Capital Project Management (Facilities Critical like roof and HVAC, Assurance Letter like safety and environmental controls, Work-Place Modernization like office upgrades and sustainability like those projects that reduce our energy footprint)
+ Lead strategic project planning and project chartering (scope, schedule and budget) and oversees the AT Pre-CPS process, CBRE and GSCO escalation and Facilities Quick Alert and RCCA processes)
+ Supports facilities integrations projects
+ Oversee outsourced IFM partner (for select sites) and facilities vendors to drive contract adherence R&M cost improvement and performance
+ Manages contractors and the Contractor Management Program for AT
+ Analyzes facility resiliency, recommend and implement upgrades in accordance with business resiliency plans
+ Implements facilities low cost / no cost energy reduction initiatives
+ Partners with procurement to identify necessary vendors and strategic purchasing opportunities
+ Develop and measurably improve facilities processes and partner in developing strategy within the organization to reduce facilities costs in the Americas
+ Supports AT Pressure Testing program
+ Work across the organization to identify and align resources to deliver objectives
+ Interface with engineering loss prevention consultant on fire and property protection protocols
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 10 + years of experience
+ Subject matter expertise in HSE & Facilities
+ Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements impacting project delivery
+ Ability to travel up to 35%
