Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. **Required Qualifications** + Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in facilities maintenance for large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or research sites). + Strong and broad knowledge of cost estimating for maintenance and construction projects + Ability to read and interpret architectural and assembly drawings + Demonstrated project management experience + Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $148,000 USD, annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This position will remain posted until at least April 1, 2025.
