Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Field Service Program Manager to lead complex service delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in field operations, project management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence in service deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Oversee end-to-end field service projects and break-fix, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple field service engagements.

Implement best practices in risk management, quality assurance, and service optimization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to align field service activities with business objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians.

Facilitate regular status updates and problem resolution to ensure smooth project execution.

Customer & Vendor Management

Partner with stakeholders to define service expectations, KPIs, and success metrics.

Negotiate and manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality performance.

Provide post-project analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.

​Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline field service operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Leverage data analytics and performance tracking to enhance service quality.

Implement best-in-class field service management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).7+ years of experience in field service project management, operations, or service delivery Strong knowledge of field service management tools (e.g., IT ticketing system, Madaxo, Jira )Expertise in budget management, scheduling, and resource planningExperience in leading cross-functional teams and vendor negotiationsPMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL certification is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation Details:

$110,000 - $140,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. 

Supplemental Pay: 

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
