Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr. Field Services Program Manager located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Director New Business Implementation - GSS Operations the Sr. Field Services Program Manager. In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. .

What a typical day looks like:

Project manage Field commissioning of PDCs at Client’s locations.

Participate in Lead weekly operations call with client, and with client’s General Contractor(s).

Provide operations oversight and compliance of the commissioning service whilst consistently managing site P&L performance. 

Set budgets and ensure costs remain under your target.

Ensure that Field Service technicians maintain a high level of Quality and Delivery performance, ensuring that Work orders are continuously tracked, and reports are uploaded in the client’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in a timely manner. The current KPI is to upload Quality and Test reports within 48 hours of work completion.

Create an environment of compliance through demonstrating strong personal commitment to ensuing that the Quality Management System is engrained in the Field Service provided.

Lead GSS Management in preparation for and management of internal and external audits and operational reviews. inspection activities.  Responsible for addressing audit findings, responses, corrective and preventative actions.

Provide Leadership and lead by example in all Operations area.  Ensure the comprehensive implementation of data security and risk management, Safety, Quality and Technical support across all Field Service activities.

Manage all activities related to the successful performance of Sub-contract Field technicians and Flex internal Field technicians.

Ensure all work orders (tickets) are closed on the Field Service system in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure all Field Technicians have access to the EDMS system.

Ensure that Client provides a timely sign-off of the PDC commissioning tasks on the EDMS system.

Work closely with the GSS Business Development team to ensure that RFI / RFQ’s are adequately addressed and responded to.

Continuously review current and future Field Service technical resource levels, and review with GSS management.

Ensure site security requirements are maintained.

Establish and Drive KPI/metrics performance across all areas of Field Service Operations and provide consistent and solid contribution to GSS Group performance metrics.

Develop and implement business policies and procedures for new and existing Field Service clients as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

3 - 5 years' experience in Global Service project management including General Contractor and multi-installer / multi-unit management experience.

Bachelor’s degree - Electronic, Mechatronic, Electricity highly prefers

·Proven experience in planning and managing project operations

Customer service or logistics administration background – comfortable with extensive communications at multiple levels.

Good organization, leadership and management skills.

Must have good technical knowledge.

Demonstrable project management skills; experience working in cross-functional teams on Field Service projects.

Strong focus on collaboration, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and delivering results.

Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, power point)
