Job Purpose: Lead all the aspects of the Finance function and ensures effective decision support systems by acting as business partner at global level. Driving the strategic and operational planning processes for marketing organization in collaboration with regional partners, including a comprehensive reporting system (full P&L with focus at structure costs and marketing investments) and efficient data management. Contribute to the innovation and renovation P&G process for Dry Pasta & Condiments categories at global and market level.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Lead Category long term financial Plan and deliver on financial KPI's
+ Contribute to P&G Projects by adhering to finanical KPI's, NPV, PB and IRR
+ Support post launch analysis by presenting key outcomes and learnings to global teams
+ Define Capex planning ( Valorization and validation of Inno & Reno Capex)
+ Lead overheads for Pasta & Condiments Categories providing periodic reporting and marketing team support
+ Support continuous improvement/finance knowledge by designing new tools, personal development, training and maintenance
+ Lead coordination between corporate and regional partners with weekly meetings to actively strengthen collaboration between the region and category teams.
+ Support Global Marketing in the category strategy by providing f inancial KPI´s (Vol up to BM) on a monthly & quarterly base to global marketing people
Additional Information
+ Degree in Economics/Engineering required
+ CPG Experience is a plus
+ 2 years working within finance with a strong knowledge in controlling (operations/business)
+ Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, proven leadership abilities

Target Compensation - $75,000 - $80,000
