This role oversees financial planning and analysis for the $5 billion NTS business in collaboration with the Vision CGC, CFO, and other leaders. The position involves working closely with R&D, GSM, and NBD teams to support fact-based portfolio decisions and managing a global team of 35 finance professionals in Global FP&A, SigniFi, and Innovation. Reporting to the J&J Vision CFO, this role is integral to financial strategy.
