Job Details:

SUMMARY: The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial activities for the Prepared Foods business within Tyson Foods. Responsibilities include month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. The role requires strong business partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close and financial forecasts.Present financial results to leadership.Drive strategic financial planning.Develop financial models for key initiatives.Partner on ad-hoc projects and requests.Lead BU FP&A activities and manage one financial analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA desired.8+ years of Finance experience in a CPG organization.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience with SAP BI/BPC is desired.
