You will report directly to our CFO, Integrated Supply Chain\nin the Aerospace Technologies business and work out of our headquarters in\nPhoenix, AZ on a hybrid work arrangement
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the\nAerospace business unit by driving improvements in inventory management,\noptimizing working capital, and maximizing cash flow. You will collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory\nlevels, improve inventory turns, and enhance forecasting accuracy.\nAdditionally, you will be responsible for leveraging large supply / inventory\nplanning data sets, synthesizing it into actionable insights, and presenting data\nin a visually appealing and informative manner for senior executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Planning and Operations to develop and\nimplement strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns
• Transform process to forecast and manage inventory\nentitlement / results across sites, business groups and sales channels
• Synthesize inventory and planning data into actionable\ninsights and recommendations
• Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory\nand improve forecasting accuracy
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to\nidentify and implement process improvements
• Present data in a visually compelling and informative\nmanner to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Monitor and report on key inventory metrics\nand performance indicators
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus\non inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory and supply planning data and\ntools
• Proven track record of driving improvements in inventory\nmanagement, SIOP and Supply Planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in dealing with large data sets and\nsynthesizing it into actionable insights

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related\nfield
• Experience in driving transformational improvements in\ninventory management
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in financial and operational analysis\n/ reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic\nenvironment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present data in\na visually appealing and informative manner
