Sr. Finance Operations AnalystThe Sr. Finance Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, reporting and analyzing / interpreting key financial information with associated presentation to and recommendations for decision makers both within and outside of the Finance Department.Essential Functions
Provide financial expertise, analysis, and guidance in direct support of the company’s leadershipManage financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.Organize audit preparations by compiling essential financial data, reconciling variances, and responding to internal and external inquiries.Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.Improve efficiency for reconciliation processes in order to improve efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.Investigate variances and collaborate with cross functional teams to implement corrective action and resolve the discrepancies in the reconciliation.Support audits by providing required documentation, explanations and process walkthroughsMitigate financial liabilities by maintaining compliance and accounting principles through external and internal policies.Improve workflows for the reconciliations process by leading initiatives to reduce manual efforts and enhance the capabilities of the financial reports.Work closely with vendors, procurement and IT teams to implement system upgrades that streamline reconciliation and audit processesConduct monthly inventory accuracy and financial risks to proactively locate and resolved variances prior to audits.Qualifications
