Responsibilities Create clear and impactful reports that effectively communicate analysis results and key insights to non-finance personnel and the management teamOptimize and adapt our financial analysis software to improve efficiency in both processes and analysisAnalyze financial results thoroughly, identify underlying drivers, and forecast business operations accuratelyIdentify and communicate trends to assist the management team in making timely, informed decisionsSupport day-to-day reporting and analytic requests with accurate and timely informationPartner with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial results and assist in year-end financial auditsDevelop and improve the long-term business modelsContinuously seek opportunities to improve processes and strengthen the business Required 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or business systemsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science (with an emphasis on Finance)Working knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong customer-centric approachAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detailA proactive mindset with a drive to overcome challenges and deliver resultsEffective collaboration and communication skills Desired Administration experience with FP&A tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Vena)Significant experience with BI reporting tools EEOCompensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $70,800 - $117,500/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
