Sr. Finance Supervisor

As a Sr. Finance Supervisor Analyst for North America Electricity and Water businesses here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis and providing strategic guidance to support our company's financial goals. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

You will report directly to our Americas SME CFO and you'll work out of one our Hub locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health of our organization by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and support decision-making processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform weekly pulse calls with the site and demonstrate a COO mindset to mitigate the risks and drive opportunities with the site and the sales team.Review the R&D spend with the engineering team.Drive financial closing activities with the respective team.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Support AOP and rolling forecast process and system loads.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 + years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Manufacturing / ISC finance experience will be beneficial.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
