The Role:
Reporting to the VP, Financial Accounting, the candidate will be responsible for accounting and reporting for partnerships and income taxes. This includes financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and annual income tax filings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review monthly reporting for partners, including managing chart of accounts, review of reconciliations and local subledgers, and preparing required month end entries
Prepare monthly non-controlling interest journal entries
Prepare journal entries to record intercompany activity
Reconcile intercompany account balances
Prepare invoicing and settlement for intercompany balances
Support accounting for premium seating program
Prepare monthly leadsheets
Prepare monthly partner financial statements and provide an in-depth balance sheet account analysis for management review
Support internal and external audits
Support acquisition accounting
Manage local tax return preparation process including preparation of information packages for local tax team, addressing questions and review of final returns
Prepare quarterly information package for corporate tax team
Support preparation of event settlements as required
Support Oracle Cloud ERP system interface with partner systems
Assist with other duties, projects, financial reporting and strategic initiatives as requested by the management team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
CPA recognized accounting designation
Experience working in a large, complex organizations
Experience with income taxes and financial statement preparation
Experience working with internal and/or external auditors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and very detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, proactively solve problems, prioritize, and meet time-critical deadlines
Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Stationary position for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; movement throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; ability to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; move up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
