Job Duties: Responsible for financial reporting and oversight of commercial vehicle and industrial business units; Works as a strategic business partner to manage costing, expenses, capital investments and return on sales; Prepare and review sales commission, rebate, warranty and customer discount; Prepare and analyze sales performance against monthly rolling forecast and annual budget; Conduct profitability analysis by sales channel, customer, product group and item number; Answer the queries from sales and operation team on a day to day basis; Coordinate preparation of monthly sales forecast by sales channel, customer and product line; Assist with audit requirements on sales and general ledger; Establish and maintain compliant internal controls on sales, other accrual and general ledger; and Maintain material master data on costing, product category and pricing in SAP. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field, plus 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and controlling, and demonstrated experience with: Standard costing (including material master data maintenance); Plant accounting principles under IFRS; Automotive aftermarket industry financial and business processes; Financial analysis across multiple international automotive sales channels, including automotive PC independent aftermarket, OEM passage car, commercial vehicle, off-highway, and industry; SAP GIFCO; SAP TP1; and Creating and editing reports & queries using different data Management Tools including MS PowerBI, KP8, BPCS, and AICPA.
