Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team based in Tustin, California. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to our financial planning and reporting functions, working closely with regional operations leadership. This position plays an integral role in our industry, where you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring the confidentiality of information, and monitoring performance indicators. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial planning and reporting processes • Lead the annual Financial Planning/Budgeting process across assigned regions, including the development of detailed branch level budgets • Analyze and monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate unexpected variances • Provide recommendations based on performance indicators to assist in achieving targets • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for the business • Ensure the integrity of data used for analysis through thorough processing, cleansing, and verification • Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential • Utilize business systems and CRM to maintain accurate records and perform data mining techniques • Oversee accounting functions, auditing, and budget processes, and contribute to capital management strategies • Leverage software such as Confluence, Crystal Reports, and About Time to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in business systems and CRM usage • Experience with Confluence and Crystal Reports • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques and About Time software • Proficient in various accounting functions and auditing • Familiarity with budget processes and capital management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or financial field • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
