Sr. Financial Analyst

Description
We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. This role focuses primarily on the provision of financial information to physicians and management for informed business decisions. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also assist with various internal reporting, physician compensation, contract analysis, new business development, program expansion, and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in month-end accounting duties related to physician compensation and contract analysis
• Support new business development initiatives and program expansion plans
• Contribute to forecasting financial trends and outcomes
• Develop financial and other operational models to accurately control organization activities
• Use technical and professional analytical skills to interpret and present financial data
• Maintain daily and monthly routines for financial management
• Collaborate with various departmental managers and directors to resolve problems
• Assist with budget processes and actual-to-budget variance analysis
• Utilize data processing capabilities and procedures to optimize financial management
Requirements
+ Possess technical and professional analytical skills.
+ Have the ability to develop financial and other operational models to accurately control organization activities.
+ Have familiarity with data processing capabilities and procedures.
+ Be able to operate a PC with appropriate spreadsheet and database functionality.
+ Maintain daily and monthly routines.
+ Have strong problem-solving skills, be able to interact well with various departmental managers and directors to resolve problems and ensure proper scheduling and accuracy of financial information.
+ Knowledge of Meditech and IDX billing systems, Allscripts, including MD Comp, labor distribution, POS collections and working knowledge of CPT and wRVU’s required.
+ Will assist in future implementation of LPMS for SMG, distribution of reporting and gathering data.
+ Product data to be displayed on BSC.
+ Assist with budget and actual-to-budget variance.
