Job Description:

Are you ready to take your financial career to the next level? Ariens Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on navigating complex and detailed reporting requirements with strategic finesse.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Manage and execute the consolidation of multi-company / multi-currency financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) with appropriate eliminations

Serve as a technical expert and mentor on the Financial Reporting application (Vivid)

Administer the reporting application (Microsoft Dynamics AX), G/L structure and monthly financial reporting packages

Support forecasting budgeting, and operational metrics reporting

Proactively work with business partners to provide financial data, modeling and analysis in support of decision making and business goals

Manage and reconcile debt and note receivable arrangements

Provide audit support

Act as a liaison between the current Banking partner and the business

Provide analysis in support of critical borrowing decisions such as: Debt structure, alternate financing and swap arrangements

Plan and execute FX hedging strategies to minimize foreign currency exposure

Serve as backup for the daily/weekly/monthly Cash reporting and reconciling

Monitor business processes to ensure that they are both efficient and accurate

Transfer knowledge with effective communication, training and Standard Work

Adhere to established deadlines

Receive general direction, but utilize intuition and personal style to accomplish goals

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.S.) from an accredited institution

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Demonstrated ability in producing, validating and interpreting consolidated financial information

Proficient in Excel and financial reporting applications such as: Vivid and Microsoft Dynamics AX

CPA certification a plus
