Jamie Benway with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the automation/manufacturing industry, based in Wilsonville, Oregon. This role involves being an integral part of our team, where you will be focused on overseeing accounting functions and creating insightful financial presentations for decision-making. This role operates in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the execution of accounting processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for effective visualization of financial data.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and board members, aiding in strategic decision making.
• Work in collaboration with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze financial information, identifying trends and potential areas of improvement.
• Act as a financial partner to the executive operations team, providing expertise and support.
• Assist in setting financial goals and objectives, and monitor progress towards these goals.
• Participate in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Take proactive steps for any necessary financial adjustments and corrections.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Financial Analyst role or similar
• Comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions
• Proficiency in financial software and databases
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create detailed financial reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Detail-oriented certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
• Team player with a proactive approach to tasks
