Works with directors, and staff to ensure ongoing communication and efforts to achieve organizational goal for financial performance. Provide strategic leadership across the organization to ensure sharing of best practices internally and also externally with compare group participants to significantly impact University Cincinnati Medical Center key results areas, specifically labor, supplies costs and effective charge capture.
