Description Sr. Financial Analyst needed in Antigo! One Robert Half's best clients in the northwoods is in search of a strong cost accounting professional to join their team as a Sr. Financial Analyst! In this position initiatives will include analyzing financial and production data, preparing reports, and maintaining financial models. This role will also help to support budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards. Responsibilities: + Responsible for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, including detailed assessment of financial and production data + Tasked with preparing and presenting monthly financial and cost analysis, as well as monitoring key financial and operational metrics + Supportive role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate cost projections and financial alignment with production goals + Duties include developing financial models for strategic planning purposes, and assisting in the appraisal of cost drivers + Ensures compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and relevant regulatory standards, and identifies opportunities for process improvements + Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and financial productivity + Review and present monthly financial and cost analysis for management Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field + 3 years experience in manufacturing accounting role, strong cost experience ideal + Excellent communication and analytical skills + Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
