Description Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a growing company that is looking for an innovative and strategic financial analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing financial models and dashboards as well as creating strategic financial plans that can be used to make strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: + Offering timely and accurate recommendations to management by analyzing complex financial information + Developing comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives + Carrying out financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights into business performance + Identifying trends and developing forecasts by performing variance analysis on past results + Assisting with both the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes + Managing periodic reporting to stakeholders to ensure they are informed and engaged + Enhancing and modifying models and reports as required to meet changing business needs + Collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure a consistent approach and shared goals.
