Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will support the Greenlight and Content team, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and vendor management. This role collaborates across multiple teams and reports to the Finance Manager of Telemundo Entertainment & Content.
Job Duties
Implement and maintain the Greenlight module within the Financial Planning BPC systemConduct Greenlight analysis for projects exceeding $250K in production spendTrack and manage Greenlight requests and pipelineConsolidate revenue and cost inputs across finance teamsInput and streamline data in the BPC System, working with IT to enhance reportingSupport the BPC automation implementation and testingServe as the centralized accounts payable contact, handling payments, vendor setups, and maintenance in APEXFollow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate vendor managementAssist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and variance analysisSupport financial leads in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningProvide financial insights to operational teams to ensure adherence to approved budgetsQualificationsBasic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or AccountingBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel proficiency; strong skills in MS Office SuiteExperience with financial/accounting software (SAP and BPC preferred)Desired Qualifications
