Description We are seeking a FP& A Manager for our multi-billion dollar revenue client in West Houston. In this role, you'll be handling all corporate FP& A communications across the organization, manage FP& A Activities, build and maintain key reports for specific activities for month-end, forecast, and budgeting, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Manage FP& A activities • Oversee Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Statements • Communicate with Business Leaders to make informed financial and business decisions • Financial Reporting • Variance Analysis • Build and maintain Financial Models • Train and Mentor FP& A team • Work Closely with Accounting Requirements • 5-10+ years of FP& A Experience • Solid background in corporate communications • Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and reporting experience • Proficiency in large ERP and Reporting tools for Finance • Some Management Experience Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
