Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be focused on preparing and maintaining financial budgets, developing key performance metrics, and creating financial models to support management decisions. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be expected to analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, and contribute to the improvement of our financial processes. Responsibilities: • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to recommend improvements and changes • Creating and maintaining financial budgets and forecasts, focusing on P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Developing and communicating important operating performance metrics • Establishing financial models to assist in management decision-making • Reporting on financial performance and preparing data for leadership reviews • Conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, and making suggestions for enhancements • Collaborating closely with the accounting team to guarantee accurate financial reporting and analysis • Proposing actions based on comparative analyses and changes in methods and materials • Identifying and implementing process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards • Increasing productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role. • Proficiency in business systems is required. • Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret complex financial models is necessary. • Experience in KPI reporting is crucial. • The ability to develop financial models is a must. • An understanding of financial trends and forecasting methods is essential. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is necessary. • Proficiency in financial software and databases is desirable.
