Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the retail industry, based in Lewisville, Texas. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be closely collaborating with the leadership team to drive financial success and align with the overall strategy. You will be providing financial insights to support growth and profitability and overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the business unit's leadership team to ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy. • Provide financial insights that support the growth and profitability of the business unit. • Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring that reports are accurate and specific to the business unit. • Lead the budgeting process, working with department leaders to develop realistic budgets that align with business goals and overall company priorities. • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and advising on corrective actions. • Conduct detailed financial forecasting to anticipate future trends, challenges, and opportunities within the business unit. • Analyze and manage efficiency and cost metrics within the business unit to maximize profitability. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements specific to the unit's operations. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the business unit’s reporting systems. • Develop and maintain reports to guide business decisions, including both PowerBI and excel-based reports. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role required • Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in Business Systems • Proficiency in Confluence is essential • Previous experience with CRM systems is necessary • Familiarity with Crystal Reports is a plus • Adeptness in Data Mining Techniques is required • Experience with About Time software is beneficial • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary • Proven experience in Auditing is a must • Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential • Proficiency in Capital Management is a significant advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
