Overview & Responsibilities:
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) supports tech-driven innovation for the company’s customers and stakeholders and drives continuous improvement opportunities for the team. This role plays a central role in consolidating and communicating actionable business insights to the organization. In addition to collaborating with internal teams, the role will work with Corporate Finance and other Finance leaders across the company to ensure we are delivering on the company’s objectives.
Embedded in the global Tech Finance organization, this position will provide FP&A support for the company’s Tech related spend. The successful candidate will be adept at monitoring multiple parts of the organization to ensure that overall goals and targets are met. This critical team-member will develop a keen understanding of the global Tech organization, its financial profile, key revenue and cost drivers, and all Business Units.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support coordination of long-range plan, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reporting processes across the Tech functions Spearhead global technology approval process and partner with the CTO to ensure all approvals are completed in a timely manner Develop actionable insights for all levels of the organization Compile KPI’s that equip the organization to course-correct in real-time Analyze and monitor financial and operational trends, integrating data from multiple sources, to develop a holistic view of performance Drive process improvements and support initiatives that can streamline and/or improve quality of the team’s deliverables Prepare presentations and handle special projects and analyses as requested by leadership Partner with the functional leaders to handle their budgets, model business scenarios, and build positive relationships to drive clarity and accuracy
Basic Qualifications:
4-5 years in Finance; preferably within the Media/Entertainment or a technology facing role/industry Highly analytical, able to synthesize data and provide concise and insightful narratives Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Results-oriented with ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive self-starter and phenomenal teammate, ability to learn quickly, be agile and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
Additional Qualifications:
CPA, MBA or similar advanced degree/designation a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Experience with SAP, TM1, and/or Longview are a plus!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
