**W2 Contract** **Location:** Chicago, IL (Hybrid/near site occasional onsite visits to client location in Chicago) **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Recruiter to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who will initially focus on recruiting for niche financial roles and will have the opportunity to grow into a Talent Acquisition Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial recruiting, strategic sourcing, and grassroots recruiting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** + Source, screen, and recruit candidates for niche financial roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. + Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the financial sector. + Engage in grassroots recruiting efforts to build a robust talent pipeline. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruiting support. + Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. + Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. + Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial recruiting. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a financial recruiter, with a focus on niche financial roles. + Strong strategic sourcing skills and experience in grassroots recruiting. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. + Ability to work near site in Chicago, IL, with occasional onsite visits to the client location. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in using ATS and CRM tools. + Professional development opportunities.
