Job Description Key Job Responsibilities Work closely with client SMEs to ensure the app development conforms to their existing standards Guide development of a high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Android application using Flutter and Dart. Provide architectural design leadership for the mobile app Champion effective quality and test practices to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the software Troubleshoot and debug the app to optimize performance Conduct code reviews and mentor other team members in development practices Champion a highly collaborative team culture Compensation: $80/hr to $90/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Required Skills and Experience 5+ years experience in developing and deploying Android applications Expertise with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect Android applications to back-end services.
