The Mission

Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.
Leidos is seeking a Senior Foreign Language Program Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language Authority.
Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications, program policy, and other issues.
Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls.
Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports.
Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and IC strategy and implementation plans.
Advance foreign language policy and strategy development.
Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels.
Basic Qualifications
Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience, Master’s and 10 years of experience or 24 years with no Bachelor’s degree
Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
Extensive report and narrative writing experience
Data analysis experience
MS Office proficiency
Program analyst experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the IC foreign language community (military or civilian)
Knowledge of a foreign language
Tableau proficiency
CBJB, CDA, and/or CIG experience
Program management experience
Interagency experience

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
