Sr. FP&A Analyst

As a Sr. FP&A Analyst at Great China, you will partner with Sales & Operation teams to support business analysis and decision making.

Job Description and Requirement:
• Lead FP&A Function initiatives & projects, including financial analysis, business partnering & budgeting
• Perform financial forecasting and analysis according to the Company’s goals and strategy
• Analyze operational and financial data to create business models driving well-informed decisions. Analyze performance of KPIs and provide actionable insights to Senior Management team. Evaluate and report financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Enhance efficiency by driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Assist the Finance & others team(s) with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests. Act as an individual contributor for owned projects and guide the rest of the team on collaborative projects
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate opportunities and challenges, generate insights and support decision making
 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, business informatics or any relevant skills. Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience in Foreign company.
• Have Power BI designation experience is plus
• Fluent in Oral and writing English
• Good Communication skill

• Can work under high pressure
