We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. FP&A Coordinator to join this team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will provide insightful analysis and support decision-making for various business operations. This role will focus on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to enhance the company's financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct deep dive analyses into financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the annual budget process by working with departments to create detailed forecasts and financial models.Provide ongoing monitoring of budget performance, ensuring all departments are aligned with financial targets.Update financial forecasts regularly to reflect changes in market conditions and business strategy.

Financial Modeling & Strategy

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, or product launches.Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity tests to assess potential financial outcomes.Assist with strategic planning and decision-making by providing data-driven financial insights.

Cost Management & Financial Control

Analyze and track operational expenses, identifying cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.Help implement financial controls and processes to enhance financial accuracy and compliance across departments.Monitor cash flow, ensuring efficient management of working capital.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales, etc.) to support financial planning and analysis.Prepare presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key financial insights and performance metrics.Collaborate with internal auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
