Sr. Front End Developer

As a Senior (Sr.) Frontend Developer, you will be a driving force in shaping the UI architecture and strategy for our company's projects. Your extensive experience in UI design and development will be leveraged to create exceptional user experiences and mentor less experienced team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our UI development processes. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead and oversee the end-to-end UI design and development of critical projects. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to define project requirements. Architect and implement advanced, scalable, and performant user interfaces. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews. Establish and promote UI best practices, standards, and guidelines. Evaluate and integrate emerging UI technologies and tools. Champion usability, accessibility, and responsiveness in UI design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.  WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of UI Developer experience.Extensive experience as a UI Developer, with a strong portfolio of complex and successful projects. Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). In-depth understanding of user-centered design and UI/UX principles. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI projects on time and within budget.100% onsite attendance in Pontiac, Michigan THE PLACE & THE PERKS
