Leading the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.Developing, maintaining, and optimizing full-stack applications using the Microsoft tech stack, including C#, .NET, and Azure services.Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.Managing database modernization efforts, including schema redesign, optimization, and data migration.Establishing and maintaining DevOps CI/CD pipelines to improve automation, testing, and deployment.Driving Agile best practices, collaborating with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.Conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting complex technical issues.Ensuring applications comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements.Mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices across the team.Staying up to date with emerging technologies to enhance system performance and maintainability.Who We Are

Responsibilities Lead full-stack development efforts, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies.Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, transitioning from legacy systems.Oversee database management, including migrations, optimizations, and performance tuning.Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of enterprise applications.Define and enforce coding standards, architecture best practices, and Agile methodologies.Support and troubleshoot production issues, minimizing system downtime.Collaborate with business analysts and UX designers to refine system requirements.Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and drive continuous improvement within the team.Document system architecture, technical solutions, and modernization roadmaps. Qualifications DHS Clearance (Active or ability to maintain)US Citizenship required for federal clearance requirement.7+ years of full-stack development experience, with expertise in C#, .NET, and cloud-native technologies.Proven experience in migrating legacy applications to modern cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions).Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices patterns.Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $130,000.00 The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
