As a Sr. Facility Engineer in Taiwan, you will play an exceptionally vital role in our mission to enrich life for all. Responsibilities:Coordinate and determine the efficient performance of facility systems to ensure flawless operation and maintenance.Develop and implement world-class strategies for facility upgrades and expansions, strictly adhering to safety and compliance standards.Lead cross-functional teams to compete and complete projects on time and within budget, demonstrating outstanding project management skills.Identify and address potential facility issues proactively, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Proven expertise in facility engineering, with a strong track record of successful project implementation.Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with the ability to determine and adapt to evolving technologies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with collaborators at all levels.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering or a similar role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.Experience with strict compliance and safety regulations.Familiarity with brand new facility management software and tools.
