Sr. Global Compensation Analyst
We are looking for someone who is passionate about compensation design & analytics with outstanding analytical skills and thrives in proposing evidence-based solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will be an agile learner with the capacity to analyze large volumes of data and summarize key insights from it.
The Senior Global Compensation Analyst will focus on conducting analyses and providing insights to support the development, implementation, and management of the organization's compensation programs. This role involves evaluating internal and external compensation data, ensuring pay equity, efficiently administering compensation practices, and contributing to the design of competitive and equitable compensation structures.What you'll doSupport in the design & administration of comprehensive compensation programs including job architecture, market benchmarking & annual salary planning processPrepares survey submissions and gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.Design and deliver easy to understand compensation concepts to the organization through various channels of communicationAssist in managing the annual compensation review cycle through analytical support, developing & maintaining a project plan, partnering with other HR functionsAssess and propose process solutions that build a sustainable, scalable & equitable decision-making framework as it relates to compensation management. Partner with People Operations to ensure data integrity within the Company’s HRIS systemAdept in building automated decision support tools for compensation in ExcelWhat you have8+ years of progressive experience managing compensation design & analytics within a global organizationOutstanding analytical ability with an aptitude to analyze and draw inferences from large volumes of data through complex analysisSignificant knowledge of rewards governance, compensation design, delivery, and communicationExperienced in operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in an organized mannerAdept at adjusting to rapidly changing business requirements, and making decisions with limited informationEffective verbal, and written communication skillsExpert in data analytics using ExcelExperience with Macros & Power BI preferred$130,000 - $160,000 a yearFor Individuals based in New York, Colorado, Washington, and California, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range of $130,000 - $160,000 is specific to these states, however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
