We are seeking a talented Sr. Global Loyalty Finance Manager to join the growing Loyalty team within the Global Marketing organization working across the Foot Locker brand geographies and portfolio. In this role, the Sr. Global Loyalty Finance Manager will work with the VP Loyalty, CFO, Chief Accountant, Banner CFOs, and other personnel within the accounting function to ensure accurate reporting of loyalty related revenue, costs, and liabilities. The role will also work with outside actuarial firm to model and calculate critical financial components of the program to enable accurate forecasting and accounting (redemption rates, value per point, cost per point, program liability). This is a highly technical role will have ownership of related processes, procedures, and be responsible for matters related to accounting for a loyalty program under US GAAP. This role will also bring an analytic mindset and support the growth of FLX - Foot Locker Inc.’s customer loyalty program. This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting, finance skills and as well as an analytical aptitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think ‘start-up’ within the organization). A passion for using data to develop insights that put the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.

Responsibilities Manages the ongoing review and compliance of revenue recognition related to the loyalty program for proper application (i.e., apportionment of sales to deferred revenue, recognition of previously deferred revenue upon point redemption, etc) and General Accounting.Ensure integrity and accuracy of redemption and liability cost data.Create global budgets, strategy plans, and maintain weekly forecasts.On an as-needed basis, perform all technical research related to loyalty accounting and US GAAP, including the impact of any pronouncements related to loyalty accounting and all general financial reporting issues.Provide accounting and analytical insights and reporting to the Loyalty Program leadership team as well as internal and external teams.Partner closely with Data team to build and execute reporting and dashboards to provide real time, ongoing insights into the Loyalty ProgramCreate accounting entries in relation to inter-company charges for multi-brand loyalty redemptionsCreate and process accounting entries in accordance with GAAP and the internal accounting policy to ensure loyalty related expenses are accounted for properly and timely each monthReview monthly reconciliations and internal control processes.Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategiesMaintain and improve process for providing data/reporting to key internal and external Loyalty Program partnersCollaborate across the business to bring the vision to life (i.e. Data/Analytics, Technology, Legal, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Service, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting requiredPrior finance and/or accounting experience requiredProficient with Microsoft office Suite7+ years of related experienceAbility to function effectively and efficiently under pressure to meet financial deadlinesExcellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planningAbility to dive into data to develop consumer insights that inform strategyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with ASC 606 a plus

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $100000 - $120000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
