This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative that will shape the future of AWS and the data center liquid cooling industry. In this role you will manage the end to end supply chain of liquid cooling products and technology that serve AWS global demand. You will work very closely with Data Center Engineering team, collaborate with Technical Program and Product Managers and other cross functional teams, and lead the supply chain development for liquid cooling development and deployment of advanced cloud infrastructure solutions. You will maintain unconstrained supply on a global scale for liquid cooling category and work with internal customers and business partners to understand demand signals and drive the appropriate supply strategies to deliver continuity of supply.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy to deliver high-quality liquid cooling solutions to our customers in a timely manner and at optimal costs.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, inventory and lead time management, and supplier relationships.
- Develop procurement process and drive continuous improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, agility, and resilience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product managers, quality, demand planning team.
- Support liquid cooling product roadmap development, influence supplier and technology selection, and make optimal supply chain decisions that provide the most benefit to AWS.
- Proactively manage and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted product delivery.
- Negotiate and implement supplier agreements/contracts such as statement of work, global procurement agreement, to achieve the best contract terms for AWS.
- Identify and implement innovative supply chain technologies and best practices to drive supply chain flexibility and resiliency to meet AWS business requirements.

Each day you will interact with external supply base and different internal teams responsible for engineering, product development, finance, integration, and operation of these complex technology programs. You prioritize your activities to support data center product development and delivery, identify and resolve problems and blockers, and focus on the actions that are most impactful for business success.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or relative technical field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a college degree
- 7+ years experience in global supply chain management, program management, sourcing and supplier relationship management, owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in technology, manufacturing industry or data center procurement
- Proven track record of delivering complex, global supply chain initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for driving innovation and making a meaningful impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience of liquid cooling technologies and the broader HVAC/cooling industry.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Global procurement experience.
- Demonstrated performance in prior role(s), with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in data centers, an infrastructure service provider or similar technology company.
- A desire to grow professionally as the role’s responsibility grows rapidly with the business.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
