Responsible for managing the procurement and planning of material required for government-related projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all procurement activities comply with government regulations and standards while meeting the needs of the business.What You Will Be Doing Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery performance for goods and services.Ensure all procurement activities comply with government regulations, policies, and standards, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant guidelines.Maintain accurate and detailed records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. Prepare and present reports to management and government agencies as required.Develop, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, and manage any modifications or amendments, as necessary.Maintain supplier schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials that align with customer requirements and the needs of the business.
